The role:
You’ll be:
• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons and around school
• Working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging learning experiences
• Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups of students
• Helping students build confidence, independence, and resilience
• Supporting the wider school community and contributing to a positive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with young people in education, coaching, youth work, care, or similar settings
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
• Graduates and aspiring teachers are warmly encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
