A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Windsor (SL4) is seeking an outstanding Year 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026.

The Role
Position: Year 2 Class Teacher
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Location: Windsor (SL4)
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✨ Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✨ Has experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2
✨ Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and can create a calm, purposeful learning environment
✨ Has high expectations and can effectively support a diverse range of pupils and learning needs
✨ Plans and delivers engaging, creative lessons that inspire children to achieve their full potential
✨ Is confident in assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
✨ Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
✨ Is committed to contributing fully to the wider life of the school and undertaking full class teacher responsibilities
⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:
- Take full responsibility for a Year 2 class, including planning, preparation, assessment, marking, and parents' evenings
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all children can thrive
- Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and experienced staff
- Be passionate about helping every child make excellent progress, both academically and personally
