We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Operative to join our busy team in Airdrie. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

As a QA Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer, company and regulatory standards by:

• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Monitoring product specifications and recording results accurately
• Conducting routine audits and inspections within the production environment
• Supporting food safety, quality and hygiene standards across the site
• Identifying and reporting any quality concerns and assisting with corrective actions
• Working closely with Production, Hygiene and Technical teams to maintain standards
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Requirements

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Are confident working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Are comfortable completing paperwork and using computer systems
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have previous QA, QC or food manufacturing experience (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)
