£13.45 per hour
Full Time – 37.5 hours

Juniper View has an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team for night shifts. Due to the needs of our residents, you will need to have a full UK driving license. 

Juniper View is a new development and will have 11 apartments in total. We will be supporting those with primary learning disability and complex needs but may also have further mental health and/or mobility restrictions.  You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.

• Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care
• Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers, role allocation, and effective communication.
• Ensure residents have person-centred plans in place and are supported to participate in meaningful activities.
• Deliver team supervisions and contribute to professional development.
• Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
• Manage service users’ finances and contribute to budget management in accordance with policy.
• Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legislation.
• Monitor and support team performance, addressing immediate operational issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge to ensure safe and effective practice.

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker is essential.
