What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Encouraging positive engagement and participation in lessons
• Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
• Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, ADHD, and additional needs
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Building positive relationships with children and staff
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment

What We're Looking For

No previous school experience is required. Your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

• £14.25 - £15.25 per hour
