Ready for Your Next Chapter? Get into Education!
Finished university and wondering what comes next?
Not feeling inspired by another graduate scheme, sales role, or endless applications?
If you've ever thought about working with children, making a genuine difference, or seeing whether a career in education could be for you, this might be exactly what you're looking for.
We're working with welcoming schools across Bristol, Bath, and the surrounding areas, helping graduates gain valuable classroom experience while making a real impact on children's lives.
Don't worry if your degree isn't Education-related. We've worked with graduates from Psychology, Sport Science, Criminology, Sociology, English, Business, History, and everything in between.
What matters most is your attitude. If you're positive, adaptable, and enjoy helping others, we'll help with the rest.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Forget making coffees or sitting behind a desk all day.
You'll be right in the middle of school life, helping children learn, grow, and overcome challenges.
You could be:
• Supporting a pupil one-to-one who needs a little extra encouragement
• Helping children stay engaged and confident during lessons
• Working alongside teachers to create positive learning experiences
• Supporting pupils with SEND, social-emotional needs, or behaviour challenges
• Building meaningful relationships that help children thrive
• Becoming the trusted adult who helps turn a difficult day around
Every day is different. Every day matters.
Is This You?
You don't need years of experience.
You might be:
• A recent graduate looking for meaningful work
• Interested in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, youth work, or social care
• Curious about child development and behaviour
• Calm, patient, and able to think on your feet
• Someone who naturally builds rapport with people
• Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference
If that sounds like you, we'd love to chat.
What You'll Get
• £92 to £95 per day paid weekly through PAYE
• Flexible work that fits around your plans and commitments
• Opportunities in local schools across Bristol and Bath
• Free CPD and training through our Academy
• Ongoing support from a consultant who actually gets to know you
• Long-term and permanent opportunities if you decide education is the career for you
• £250 referral bonus when you recommend a teacher or support staff member
The Schools
The schools we work with are supportive, welcoming, and passionate about helping both pupils and staff succeed.
You'll join teams that value your contribution, support your development, and help you build confidence from day one.
Whether you're exploring a future in teaching or simply looking for a rewarding role after university, you'll gain experience that employers genuinely value.
Where Could This Lead?
Many of our graduates go on to:

Others discover transferable skills that open doors in completely different industries.
Either way, you'll leave with experience that actually means something.
