Customer Service & Order Processing Executive – Dental Supplies

Location: Croydon, Surrey (Office Based)

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Up to 20% KPI Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility available where required)

About the role

As a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from order placement through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channels
• Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey
• Coordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resources
• Proactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where required
• Maintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insights
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded

About you

We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine passion for customer service.

You'll ideally have previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administration, along with excellent communication and telephone skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using CRM or order processing systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
