Priory Hospital Hayes Grove has an opportunity for a Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team. 

Priory Hospital Hayes Grove, Hayes, Bromley is a mental health and addiction rehab hospital providing residential, day care and outpatient treatment for conditions including depression, eating disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, and private autism assessments for adults. It is accessible by public transport, with Hayes railway station offering direct links to London Bridge and connections to Bromley South and Croydon, as well as local bus routes serving the surrounding area. The M25 and wider South East road network are also easily accessible. You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. As a Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, you will work as an effective member of the Multi-Disciplinary team and promote the best interests of the clients and carers and ensure that prescribed nursing care is effectively implemented.

• A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse with a minimum of 6 months of post-registration experience is required along with active NMC registration and completion of a preceptorship programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional standards, and be able to demonstrate ongoing post-registration continuing professional development. They will show a positive attitude and a commitment to change, service improvement, and high-quality care. The ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to practice is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills.
