Oak Vale Gardens is an 18-bed specialist neuro-rehabilitation unit supporting adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Our dedicated team provides high-quality care in a warm, homely environment, helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and live more independently.  As our Staff Nurse, you will: 

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care. 
• Assess, plan and evaluate care needs. 
• Support residents throughout their rehabilitation journey. 
• Work closely with therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team. 
• Promote dignity, independence and quality of life.
