The Basics

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Location: West London

Working hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across the studio's operating hours. This includes early mornings, late finishes, and weekend shifts as part of a rota. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am and finish as late as 9:30pm.

Holiday: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays

Reporting to: Operations Manager

The Role

The Front of House Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day FOH operation, leading a team of part-time Front of House staff.

• Lead, support, and develop the Front of House team
• Manage the FOH rota, including shift scheduling, holiday planning and shift swaps
• Work approximately 15–20 hours per week on the Front Desk
• Ensure the studio is appropriately staffed across mornings, mid-days, evenings, and weekends
• Build strong relationships with members
• Handle member questions, feedback, and issues
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily FOH procedures
• Support administrative tasks including email triage and client account management
• Use Mindbody to complete relevant tasks
• Support limited retail activity

The Person

An experienced, hands-on Front of House, hospitality, customer experience, or studio professional who enjoys being visible and leading from the front. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to manage schedules, logistics, and competing priorities.
