Priory Hospital Solihull has an opportunity for a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our team.
Priory Hospital Solihull, Meriden, Warwickshire is a 31-bedded level 2 rehabilitation service for males supporting the NHS. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus services and nearby train stations providing links into Coventry and Birmingham. The hospital is also well connected by road, with the M6 and M42 approximately 10 minutes away and wider access to the M40 and M1 motorways. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification with relevant working knowledge, or have a minimum of three years’ practical HR experience. You will have demonstrable experience in managing employee relations cases and a strong understanding of current UK employment legislation, with the ability to keep up to date with relevant changes and best practice. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience working as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant within a commercial environment, in either a generalist or specialist capacity, is required. Experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous but is not essential. We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
