Priory Supported Living Whitby and Scarborough has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

Priory Supported Living Whitby and Scarborough provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to help the people we support live as independently as possible and enjoy the things that matter to them. Your role could include: 

• Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities 
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing 
• Supporting people to access the local community, appointments and activities 
• Building positive and trusting relationships 
• Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records 
• Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals 
• Encouraging and supporting people to achieve their personal goals
