Are you from a creative background in drama, music, dance, art, or performance? Do you have the energy, confidence, and passion to bring creativity and enthusiasm into the classroom?

We are looking for vibrant and engaging Teaching Assistants to support children within mainstream primary schools across London. Schools are seeking individuals who can use their creative talents to inspire pupils, build confidence, and make learning exciting and accessible for all children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, performers, musicians, artists, and creatives looking to gain valuable experience working with children in education.

The Role:

  • Supporting children in and outside of the classroom
  • Assisting teachers with engaging and creative learning activities
  • Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and self-expression
  • Working with small groups and individual pupils
  • Helping to create a positive, energetic, and inclusive classroom environment

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A background in drama, music, performing arts, dance, art, or other creative fields
  • A passion for working with children and supporting learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
  • Experience working with children is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
