Priory Hospital North London has an opportunity for a Private Enquiry Manager to join our team. 

Priory Hospital North London, Southgate, London is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment centre providing care for conditions including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and OCD, as well as private autism assessments for adults. It is accessible by public transport, with Southgate Underground station nearby and local bus routes serving the surrounding area. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
 
You will be responsible for managing private enquiries across the hospital, ensuring clear visibility of all private enquiries and referrals. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across referral management and customer service, while monitoring and reporting performance against agreed standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner 
• Ability to identify and understand client needs through effective questioning 
• Positive, organised and self-motivated approach 
• Strong computer skills with accurate information capture 
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer facing role 
• Driven and decisive, with a strong customer first approach
