About the Role
We're hiring a System Architect to build the engine behind our full-funnel lifecycle programs across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments. This is not a marketing technologist role — we're not looking for someone to maintain the stack. We're looking for someone to design the machine that runs on it.
The core challenge: today, every new industry, segment, or language means another fork — another campaign tree, another set of manual sequences to maintain. Your job is to make those parameters instead. You'll architect a lifecycle system where launching a new vertical in a new market is a configuration change, not a rebuild, and where onboarding, nurture, upsell, and ABM programs compose from shared logic rather than duplicated effort.
You'll be both architect and operator — defining the data model and segmentation logic underneath the journeys, then shipping them. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Data, and you'll scope engineering support rather than queue behind it. This is a build year: you're inventing the system, not inheriting one.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect a parameterised lifecycle system where new industries, segments, and languages are configuration, not new campaign trees
- Design and launch onboarding, nurture, and upsell campaigns across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments
- Prototype and ship your own integrations and logic; you scope engineering help, you don't queue behind it
- Own lifecycle touchpoints across channels with clear, measurable goals
- Build multilingual nurture flows that scale globally, maintaining message quality and performance
- Set up and manage robust A/B testing plans and track performance across the full funnel
- Own the reporting framework for lifecycle marketing; define success metrics and communicate learnings
- Build ABM infrastructure for targeted, account-level nurture and retention programs
- Partner with the design and engineering teams to deploy campaigns that require light integration or tech support
- Bring structure and governance to lifecycle strategy—ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and QA rigor
Who You Are
You think in funnels and systems, not one-off campaigns. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a HubSpot workflow and in a room with Sales talking about pipeline quality. You default to testing and measuring rather than guessing, and you're excited about using AI to do more with less — automating the repetitive work so you can focus on strategy and experimentation. You move fast, take ownership of outcomes, and collaborate easily across marketing, sales, and product.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in B2B lifecycle, demand gen, or marketing automation roles, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot — building workflows, scoring models, and automated nurture programs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and how marketing and sales data connect end-to-end
- Experience building and managing lead scoring and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels
- Experience running or supporting ABM programs for target accounts
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning funnel metrics and translating data into action
- Excellent cross-functional communication, especially with Sales and RevOps
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-powered marketing workflows — for personalization, content generation, or campaign automation
- Experience marketing to developer or technical buyer personas
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions and PQL-to-enterprise conversion
- SQL or basic data querying skills
