You will observe and assess children's progress, maintaining records to inform future learning and development.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.
• Current DBS check.
• Enthusiastic and creative approach to child-led activities.
