About the Role

As a Primary Class Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that inspire children to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
• Promote positive behaviour through strong relationship-building and clear expectations.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and wider school staff.
• Support pupils' wellbeing, confidence, and personal development.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to build rapport quickly with pupils, staff, and parents.
• A flexible, positive, and proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.

What We Need to Clear You

Before you can start work, we'll need:

• Passport or proof of right to work in the UK.
• Two proofs of address (such as a driving licence, utility bill, or council tax statement).
• A CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained.
• References covering the last two years, including your most recent school or employer.
• An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for three months or more within the last five years.
