Team: Product & Tech - AER Pod (Attract, Engage, Retain) or BPC Pod (Bill, Pay, Collect). Salary banding: £82,000 - £122,000. Contract type: Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to: Delivery and Growth Lead.

Where you’ll work
Hub based people are expected in the office at least once a week and to attend OVO Connection events in-person. You’ll be assigned to the closest of our three hub offices in Bristol, Glasgow or London.
This role in a nutshell
As a Staff Product Manager at OVO, you will be a central leader steering the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a specific portfolio. You will collaborate across teams and use data to prioritise efforts for the best strategic results.
Your key outcomes will be
- Data-Informed Portfolio Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy within the assigned portfolio.
- Strategic Outcome Optimization: Utilise insights and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Product Direction Leadership: Define and communicate clear product direction using data insights.
- Mentorship and Strategic Development: Mentor and support Product Managers on strategy and execution.
- Shape and Deliver Portfolio Strategy, Champion Data-Informed Decisions, Lead Collaborative Product Development and Engage and Influence Stakeholders.
You’ll be a successful Staff Product Manager if you have
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a knack for developing and actioning product strategy.
- A strong track record of using data to inform product decisions.
- The ability to analyse data, research the market and understand competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A talent for strategic thinking combined with strong business understanding.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and data analytics tools.
- A results-focused approach and experience in mentoring others.
What’s in it for you
We’ll pay you between £82,000 and £122,000. You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We also offer 9% Flex Pay on top of your salary. You’ll get 34 days of holiday including bank holidays plus a wide range of green benefits and progressive policies.
