This is a hybrid role that will be based at our Bristol hub, which provides a dedicated space for collaboration, connection and teamwork. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home.

Working within OVO’s Energy function, this role sits within the Renewable Energy Team. We’re a team at the forefront of the energy transition, leading the charge to bring more renewable energy to our customers.

This role in a nutshell

You’ll work with our Renewable Energy Operations team to play a pivotal role by building and managing actionable reporting for our Advanced Export customer base and analysing key performance metrics. You'll provide the insights needed to make informed operational decisions.

Your key outcomes will be

• Build and manage precise, timely, and actionable reporting for the Advanced Export customer base.
• Analyse performance metrics to deliver insights that guide key operational decisions.
• Equip operational Account Managers and Specialists with data and tools to maintain expected service standards.
• Assist with operational tasks as needed, including direct engagement with customers to resolve operational issues.
• Understand contractual commitments and ensure compliance across processes and customer communications.
• Resolve issues proactively and thoroughly on the first attempt.
• Prioritise customer needs within workflows and continuously refine processes for better service delivery.
• Manage and execute your workload independently to meet set timelines.
• Provide operational and analytical assistance for PPA and green certificate initiatives.

Let’s talk about what’s in it for you

We’ll pay you between £34,100 and £36,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We also offer 9% Flex Pay on top of your salary.
