- Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key contact for suppliers and internal teams, maintaining clear communication across the supply chain to maintain steady material flow.
- Project & NPI Support: Oversee material run-in and run-out for innovation, enterprise, and CapEx projects, collaborating with Project Managers to mitigate stock write-off risks.
- Risk Escalation & Mitigation: Identify component shortages, evaluate impacts on site schedules, and proactively escalate critical supply risks to the Materials Planning Manager.
- Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage, coach, and set clear priorities for a Material Planner while supporting peer development across the wider planning function.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate supply chain workflows, proposing logical process enhancements to boost efficiency and support business targets.
