Tudor House is looking to recruit a Therapy Lead to join and lead our new team of Therapists within our pioneering therapy-led addiction programme.
This is a new location opening in Northamptonshire – offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment. Set within a supportive community, Tudor House will provide a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.
Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers an alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment. It’s ideal for people who don’t need a medical detox or ongoing medical care but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery. You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, and undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate patients' wellbeing, dignity, and treatment.
This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours. These are a set of ten values driven behaviours that define great leadership at Priory. They are integral to driving a positive high performing culture where we strive to deliver the best care and outcomes for the people we support. You can find out more about our interview approach and our leadership behaviours here. We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
