Priory Hospital Woking has an opportunity for a Private Enquiry Manager to join our team.
Priory Hospital Woking, Knaphill, Surrey is a mental health and addiction rehab hospital providing inpatient and outpatient treatment for a range of conditions, including addictions, depression and private autism assessments for adults. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Chobham Road and Woking railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital. The M25 and M3 are also easily accessible. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
You will be responsible for managing private enquiries across the hospital, ensuring clear visibility of all private enquiries and referrals. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across referral management and customer service, while monitoring and reporting performance against agreed standards.
