Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant / Key Holder at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. This is a key holder role; applicants must be over 18. Management experience is beneficial but not essential.

Team Collaboration

• Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
• Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving.
• Share knowledge to support and train new and existing team members.

Operational Excellence

• Assist in day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Process transactions accurately and handle various payment methods.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organised and visually appealing.
• Stay informed about products, promotions and pricing.
• Help set up and execute in-store promotions.
• Manage cash and run the store in the manager's absence.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong connections with customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm.

Sales & Performance

• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Support store management in identifying growth opportunities.
