Are you an experienced HLTA looking for flexible work in schools across Romford?
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and committed HLTAs to join our supply team and support primary schools on a day-to-day basis.
The role:
- Cover classes and support teachers across the school.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons when required.
- Support pupils with their learning and development.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
- Work across different year groups and schools.
- Provide flexibility to schools when staff are absent.
We are looking for:
- A qualified or experienced HLTA.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A positive, professional and adaptable approach.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Someone who is reliable and available for day-to-day supply work.
