Cleveland House has an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team.
Cleveland House is located in Banks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residential support for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC) and associated physical health needs. We are located on a residential housing estate.

They will actively support in-house activities and hobbies, be attentive, and inspire individuals to reach their full potential. We can also support those who have:
- Conditions such as epilepsy
- Difficulties with communication
- Difficulties with swallowing
- May need respiratory support through a ventilator and/or tracheostomy
- Develops and maintains a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues and visitors responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.
- Help promote and maintain an environment conducive to meeting the needs of the patient / relatives and carers.
- Ensure service users are gaining a quality service that is value for their money.
- To receive and convey information from telephone or personal enquiries in a courteous manner and ensure all persons visiting the ward are greeted and assisted in a welcoming and supportive manner.
