Quality Inspector – Contract roleI am currently on the lookout for a Quality Inspector for a role in Belgium. I am acting on behalf of a well-established and respected business who are operating heavily in the European Mission Critical space.This is an opportunity to join a company who has projects commencing throughout the globe with exponential growth in their European division. Key responsibilities of this Quality Inspector role: Management, implementation and maintenance of ISO9000/2000 & to ISO 14001Develop quality plans, manuals, documents and systemsWork with our Client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelinesCompletion of AuditsAdvise Management on QA issuesEnsure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handoverAttend and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliersDocuments Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, in order to stay in line with ISO 9000/2000.Reporting to Project ManagerArranging and attending site installation inspectionsContinuous quality inspections of the works as they progressArranging and attending benchmarking inspectionsKeeping “Right First Time” records / procedures up to dateHandover of systems / areas to client’s team Ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardised and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual. Key essential criteria for this Quality Inspector role: A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification with a Mechanical bias3+ years experience with the Quality walk down process on site3+ years experience in Quality/ QA Inspections on large scale construction sitesWorking knowledge of doing inspections and forms per approved site Inspections and test PlansAbility to work well under pressure and within strict deadlinesExcellent communication skillsGood organisational and planning skillsExcellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathyConfident, creative, and energetic approach to addressing all quality-related issuesAbility to produce quality written reportsProficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint Benefits of this Quality Inspector role: 90 – 110 Euros per hour all in12 Month initial Contract with potential follow-on work across EuropeImmediate start  If you are interested in hearing more about the initial project and this Quality Inspector, then please provide a copy of your CV to [email protected] or apply directly through the website here.
