The Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Encourage students to develop an understanding of the world around them.
- Plan and deliver lessons that challenge and support learners of all abilities.
- Promote curiosity about environmental, social and global issues.
- Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students to achieve excellent academic outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the department.

We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Geography or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for Humanities education.
- High expectations of student achievement and behaviour.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to helping every student succeed.
