Christmas Grotto Photography Team

We’re looking for passionate team to work as a photography team member in our Christmas Grotto.


Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests at the most magical time of year and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us to capture that memory of meeting Father Christmas. He is keen to meet everyone on his nice list so he's taking time out of his busy schedule to make an extra special trip to Butlin's.
This is a fixed term role starting Tuesday 10th November until 2nd January 2026. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. You will also spend time working in our Shops venues on resort providing great customer service, cash handling, operating a till and carrying out general stock duties. This is a full time role covering a minimum of 30 hours per week over 5 days including weekends with a variety of shifts available between 8am - midnight and you will need to be aged 18 or over. You don’t necessarily need any experience to work as part of our photography team but a keen interest in taking photos and a good eye for detail is great to have. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.


Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people. Live in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
