  • Creating a calm, inclusive space where every child feels supported

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a KS1 setting, school-based experience is a bonus
  • Some experience with SEN, or a genuine interest in developing your skills here
  • A calm, patient approach and a natural ability to connect with young learners
  • Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to get stuck in
  • A team player who builds strong relationships with both pupils and staff
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one
