PPA Cover Teacher
Protocol Education is working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school to recruit a passionate and adaptable Fully Qualified Primary Teacher to provide PPA cover across the school four days per week from January.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful impact across different year groups. Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for a flexible role or an ECT seeking to broaden your experience, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of pupils, staff and learning environments while developing your professional practice.
At Protocol Education, we take the time to match teachers with schools where they can genuinely thrive. We focus on finding placements that suit your teaching style, experience and career goals, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding learning experiences for children.
The Role
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you'll teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that maintain continuity of learning while class teachers undertake their planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities.
You'll create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment where children feel safe, supported and motivated to achieve their best. Working alongside experienced colleagues and support staff, you'll adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs, support pupil progress and build positive relationships across the school community.
This role offers excellent exposure to different year groups and teaching approaches, making it a brilliant opportunity to strengthen your classroom practice, broaden your experience and develop confidence across the primary phase.
The school prides itself on its collaborative culture, supportive leadership team and commitment to staff wellbeing, creating an environment where teachers feel valued, encouraged and empowered to succeed.
If you're looking for a fresh opportunity in January and want to develop your skills within a welcoming primary setting, we'd love to hear from you.
