What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children across KS1 and KS2 during lessons and activities
• Helping pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) access learning and feel included
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Encouraging children's communication, confidence, and independence
• Supporting social development and positive friendships
• Working closely with teachers to create a warm, inclusive learning environment
• Celebrating diversity and helping every child feel they belong

Who Would Be Great For This Role?

We're looking for people who:

• Speak one or more languages in addition to English
• Are patient, positive, and passionate about helping children succeed
• Enjoy building relationships and supporting others
• Have an interest in education, child development, social care, psychology, youth work, or community support
• Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn
• Have experience working with children (helpful but not essential)

✅ What We Need to Clear You

• Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address
• A CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• Two years of references, including childcare, voluntary, or community work where applicable
• An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more within the last 5 years
