Qualified Nursery Support (L2/L3)
Every day in a nursery is different. One moment you're building a tower from blocks, the next you're helping a child discover a new word, make a new friend, or achieve something for the very first time.
Protocol Education is working closely with a fantastic network of nurseries across South Bristol, supporting settings that are passionate about giving children the very best start in life. We're looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals to join their teams and help create nurturing environments where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Whether you're exploring a career in childcare, returning to work, or already have experience working with children, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a genuine difference every day.

- Are caring, patient, and positive in their approach
- Enjoy getting involved in creative activities, games, and imaginative play
- Are reliable, flexible, and work well as part of a team
- Have strong communication skills
- Have experience working with children, whether through childcare, education, volunteering, youth work, or personal experience
Desirable but Not Essential
