SEN Teaching Assistant Required in Bromley

The Role

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Support students with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.
Assist in implementing individual learning and support plans tailored to pupils' needs.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Has experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or SEN setting.
Is patient, resilient, and caring.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Can work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
