Are you keen to play a key and hands on role in the development of our site in Canterbury and help drive the growth and engagement of our occupiers?
Flexspace is the UK’s leading provider of flexible workspace for small to medium businesses and this vacancy is for a part time Centre Manager for our Canterbury site with occasional travel to one other south-east site.
We are looking for a self-starter as this is a lone working role where you will have a large amount of autonomy in managing your workload and schedule, while also communicating and building relationships with those in our Peterborough head office. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the site and always looking at what they can improve, whether at a personal level, site level or company wide.
You will be provided with a comprehensive induction at our Peterborough head office and then on the job training, reporting to our Southern Regional Manager. Although this is a lone working role there are plenty of occupiers to communicate with and all of your colleagues are eager to support remotely. Don't be put off if you have little property experience as we are a business that values determination, a willingness to learn and great communication first and foremost.
This is a part time role of 24 hours a week with a salary of £30,600 (FTE) per annum pro-rated for part time, working 3 or 4 days a week.
