A nursery in Chelmsford is entering an exciting new phase of growth and development. As part of continued investment in the environment and team, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Early Years Room Quality Lead to help drive high-quality practice and support the ongoing development of the nursery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Early Years professional who combines outstanding childcare practice with the confidence to lead, support and develop others.

The Role
As Room Quality Lead, you will:
- Lead by example and promote high-quality early years practice.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for the organisation and quality of your room.
- Support, coach and develop educators within your room.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and wellbeing.
- Build strong partnerships with children, families and colleagues.
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive continuous quality improvement.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
- Previous experience in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for helping children achieve the best possible start in life.
- The ability to create a positive, organised and nurturing learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
