Protocol Education is working with a number of primary schools across Chelmsford who are seeking reliable and adaptable PPA / Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and supporting continuity of learning across different year groups.

The Role

• Delivering pre-planned lessons during PPA cover

• Maintaining a positive learning environment and behaviour standards

• Adapting quickly to different classrooms and school settings

• Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the day

• Following school policies, safeguarding, and routines

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Confident covering a range of primary year groups

• Flexible, professional, and reliable

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Happy to work on a supply / PPA basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
