Protocol Education is looking for Primary School Support Assistants to work in schools across Durham. We have a variety of opportunities available, including flexible day-to-day cover and full-time long-term positions.

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive school environment.

Previous school experience is beneficial, but we also welcome applicants from backgrounds including care, customer service, youth work, sports coaching and childcare.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children during lessons
• Assisting with literacy and numeracy activities
• Helping pupils remain focused and engaged
• Supporting children with additional needs
• Working alongside teachers and support staff
