This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential in an inclusive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs.
• Assist with classroom activities and personalised learning programmes.
• Support students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate.
• Encourage independence and engagement in learning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, young people or SEN learners is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient, caring and resilient nature.
• Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
