Creative Home Care Personal Assistant

As a Creative Home Care Personal Assistant, you will support an individual creative in their own homes, helping them follow their care plans and maintain comfort, dignity and independence. You will work respectfully with each individual, adapting your approach to their preferences and communicating clearly. Boundaries around personal sharings of stress is a must.
Duties
Provide practical, person-centred support in a home setting, following agreed care plans and recording relevant updates left with the employer following each shift
Communicate with the people you support and colleagues in clear English, listening carefully and sharing information appropriately.
Help maintain a safe, calm, welcoming home environment .

Experience
Required: You will bring clear communication skills, solid professional boundaries around personal life , creative interest ,practical note taking ability for care sheets and the confidence to follow care plans while providing respectful home care. Preferred: Experience in creativity, art , trauma informed, cultural competency ,driving experience, and further strengths in communication or English will help you adapt to different needs and work effectively with the wider care team. Upto 7 hours per week.
