Are you an experienced and motivated Year 4 Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Enfield?

We are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher who can inspire pupils, deliver engaging lessons and create a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
The Role:
- Teaching a Year 4 class across the primary curriculum
- Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
- Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching at Key Stage 2
- Has strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Is confident with classroom management
- Can engage and motivate pupils of different abilities
- Builds positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers
- Is passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential
