Tudor House has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team. This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 18.75 hours per week. The Pro Rata salary for this role is £13,150.

Tudor House follows a therapy-led model of addiction treatment, with high-quality care, structured recovery and personalised support at the heart of everything we do. Based in a rural location in Towcester, Northamptonshire, this role requires access to a car due to limited public transport options. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

You will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the service, including producing documents and reports, managing diaries, processing payroll information, handling client monies and payments where required, supporting client admissions, managing petty cash, assisting with recruitment processes and carrying out other general administrative duties as needed.
