This is a new location opening in Northamptonshire – offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment. Set within a supportive community, Tudor House will provide a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.
Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers an alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment. It’s ideal for people who don’t need a medical detox or ongoing medical care but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery. The role will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager with responsibility for key areas of service provision and in their absence being responsible for the overall service, including providing, managing and coordinating support for clients.
As part of the role, you will:
Experience in a senior role within a residential or supported living service, with proven ability to manage teams, lead staff performance and oversee day-to-day operations within a regulated environment.
The following experience would be beneficial
Experience within addiction, substance misuse or mental health services, alongside involvement in service development and quality improvement. A basic understanding of budget management would also be beneficial.
This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours. These are a set of ten values driven behaviours that define great leadership at Priory. They are integral to driving a positive high performing culture where we strive to deliver the best care and outcomes for the people we support. You can find out more about our interview approach and our leadership behaviours here. We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
