Are you a recent Early Years graduate or qualified Early Years Practitioner wondering what to do next? We can help!

We are working in partnership with a range of nurseries and Early Years settings across Harlow, supporting them with their day-to-day staffing needs.

This is an exciting and varied opportunity where no two days are the same. On Monday, you could be working in a welcoming community nursery, supporting toddlers with early literacy, communication and learning through play. On Tuesday, you might be in an outdoor-focused setting, helping preschool children explore the natural world through messy play, bug-hotel building and hands-on discovery.

Whether you’re an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Preschool Practitioner or recent Early Childhood Studies graduate, we offer opportunities that allow you to build your experience, develop your skills and discover the type of environment in which you’ll truly thrive.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, we would love to help!

What we can offer you:

  • Attractive hourly pay starting from £14.25 per hour PAYE
  • Flexible working—choose to work between one and five days per week
  • Local opportunities, making your journey to work a breeze
  • Weekly pay
  • Support from a dedicated consultant
  • Access to a range of additional learning and professional-development resources
  • Experience across a variety of nurseries and Early Years settings

All you need is:

  • A valid right to work in the UK
  • A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 2, Level 3 or Level 6
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one
  • Contactable professional references
  • A caring, enthusiastic and child-centred approach

That’s it! We look forward to receiving your application and helping you take the next step in your Early Years career.
