Learning Support Assistant Required - Primary School in Hatfield

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom to access learning and achieve their individual targets
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning objectives
• Assisting the class teacher with the preparation of learning resources and activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil engagement
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
• Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children within a school, nursery, childcare, tutoring, or youth work setting
• Be enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about supporting young learners
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Hold a relevant qualification in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
