The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Help students overcome barriers to learning.
• Support pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and additional learning needs.
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve confidence and attainment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff and families.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment.
