The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Support pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and additional learning needs.
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve confidence and attainment.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff and families.
- Contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment.
