Current Opportunities

Cover Supervisors

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students in completing set work
• Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff

Teaching Assistants (TA)

• Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects
• Work alongside teachers to help students achieve their potential
• Provide targeted academic and pastoral support

SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA)

• Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Assist learners with EHCPs and additional learning requirements
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Learning Support Assistants (LSA)

• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
• Support students with literacy, numeracy, and academic development
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and progress

Behaviour Support Assistants

• Work with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support
• Build positive relationships and promote engagement in learning
• Implement behaviour management strategies and mentoring support

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:

✅ Experience working with young people in education, youth work, coaching, care, support work, or similar settings

✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✅ A positive, resilient, and proactive approach

✅ The ability to adapt to different school environments

✅ A passion for supporting young people to succeed
