Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs both in and out of the classroom.
- Deliver targeted interventions and learning activities.
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Support students with emotional regulation and social development.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Encourage participation, confidence and independence.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable individuals is advantageous.
- Understanding of SEN, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
