Salary is £29,014 per annum
Full Time – 37.5 Hours
Priory Hospital Woking has an opportunity for a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our team.
Priory Hospital Woking, Knaphill, Surrey is a mental health and addiction rehab hospital providing inpatient and outpatient treatment for a range of conditions, including addictions, depression and private autism assessments for adults. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Chobham Road and Woking railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital. The M25 and M3 are also easily accessible. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. You will play a key role in supporting the site's leadership team, providing HR advice and guidance on Priory policies, values and UK employment legislation, always keeping the wellbeing of the people we support at the heart of what you do.
As the dedicated HR contact for the service, you will provide first-line support on employee relations matters, including absence, conduct, performance and grievances. You will also work closely with the wider regional HR team, offering peer support and advice to other services where required.
Alongside this, you will oversee essential HR administration and compliance activities, including Right to Work checks, employee records, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates joining Priory.
