HLTA Job | Higher Level Teaching Assistant | Leeds & Wakefield | £93–£120 per day | Full-Time

We are recruiting an experienced HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a full-time role in Leeds & Wakefield, offering £93–£120 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual who can step into a leadership role within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher
• Deliver targeted interventions across KS1 and KS2
• Support lesson planning and assessment
• Mentor and support other teaching assistants

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Experience across primary key stages

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
