Part-Time Site Manager – LS17

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a part-time role within a school environment?

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Site Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a school in the LS17 area.

The Role:

Carrying out general site maintenance and repairs
Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained
Conducting routine health and safety checks
Managing contractors when required
Supporting the opening and closing of the site

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Site Manager, Caretaker, or Facilities role
Good practical maintenance skills
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
